FCB Health is a globally recognized agency known for bold, meaningful work in healthcare marketing helping bring important treatments and information to patients, consumers, and providers in a human-centered way.

  • Product Design Lead within the Experience Design (XD) team.

  • Led and supported a talented group of designers across levels, Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior through mentoring, coaching, and hands-on collaboration.

  • Took ownership of the full product design process across 15+ large-scale accounts including: Pfizer, GSK, Sanofi, and Novartis, guiding projects from initial planning all the way to launch. Worked on both HCP and Patient experiences, including EUA and FDA-approved digital platforms.

    Key Achievements:

  • Led end-to-end product design for Pfizer’s PAXLOVID websites (both DTC and HCP) for one of the first COVID-19 antiviral treatments—supporting the product journey from EUA to FDA approval. The DTC site saw over 6.5 million visits shortly after launch.

  • Introduced new ways of working that brought UX, product design, engineering, brand, analytics, and digital inclusion teams closer together—boosting communication and overall alignment.

  • Shaped team design practices and rituals to make collaboration smoother and vision more unified.

  • Scaled the design team’s output to meet tight timelines without compromising quality.

  • Nurtured a supportive team culture centered on growth, feedback, and continuous learning.

  • Managed a cross-functional team of senior designers, freelancers, and interns creating a collaborative, creative workflow from concept to launch.

  • Designed and brought to life impactful digital experiences for e-commerce platforms and branded websites balancing brand storytelling with user-centered design.
